Fire Restoration Tips

DO's

  Open windows for ventilation

Make sure pets are in a clean environment

Board up roof, windows, and other openings

Turn off the HVAC system to contain the soot residue

DON'T's

Don't wash fire residue from any absorbent surfaces (i.e. walls and ceilings)

Don't use fire damaged furniture

Don't use canned foods or medications that have exposed to heat

Don't use electrical appliances until they have been properly cleaned
